DIET CHART TO REDUCE WEIGHT.1. (2 )Glass of Luke warm water in morning
2.Boiled or Roasted Gram with milk or Luke warm water.
at 8 am.
3. 2 Chapati with green vegetables at 11 to 12 am
4. Small quantity of rice with dal
at 2 to 3 pm.
5.Milk and snacks at 5 pm
