One of the most challenging cases I've ever worked on was a young patient battling severe pneumonia. The fluid accumulation was everywhere โ in the lungs, the stomach, you name it. The child went into shock, with dangerously low blood pressure, slipping into a coma. Respiratory support was critical, and we faced multiple seizures, edema, and raised pressure in the brain. To make matters worse, their potassium and magnesium levels were extremely low.But despite all the hurdles, the team worked tirelessly, and every moment was worth it when I finally saw the smile on that childโs face. Moments like this remind me why we push through the hardest cases. ๐ช Umang Medical Centre- A Children Hospital Kritika Jain Dr. Abhishek Jain -Child & Newborn Specialist-
