When it comes to fat loss so many of us thinks that fruits and juices are healthy but they ain't good if you are on fat loss they contain fructose .
Fructose is a kind of sugar which can't be stored in human muscles because we don't have that enzymes who helps to convert it into muscle glycogen , so either it goes to liver which creates fatty liver or goes to adipocytes which makes you fatty or obese in most of the cases .

Lack of any of the above component will fall you in to the unfit category .

We don't need to analyse hard about anybody to know his or her fitness level, as so many are not is very good SHAPE as BODY COMPOSITION is out of reach from capabilities .

While so many living a sedentary life and looses muscle and MUSCULAR endurance also , And No ground activity reduce the level of CARDIOVASCULAR endurance and strength too in bad way .

Many loosing the ability of moving a MUSCULOSKELETAL joint freely because the FLEXIBILITY is not there since ages .

Join any where and any body because you want get back what is lost but you can save what is left with you ..
