they both are interrelated factors yet real struggle for most of us here.

Emotions are what make us beautifully human. They can lift us to incredible joy one moment and pull us into deep reflection the next. Sometimes, they feel like gentle ripples; other times, like unpredictable waves crashing over us. But the truth is — emotions aren’t meant to be controlled or feared. They’re meant to be understood and navigated.

1. Emotions Are Messengers, Not Enemies

Every emotion shout something in your ear. Anger may tell you that your boundaries were crossed. Sadness might be showing you what truly matters to you. When you stop judging your emotions as “good” or “bad,” you begin to hear what they’re trying to say.

2. Feel It, Don’t Fight It

CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) therapy is the standard treatment for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It works by delivering a steady stream of pressurized air through a mask, keeping the upper airway open during sleep to prevent apneas (breathing interruptions).

Insomnia and OSA Comorbidity:

Most of the sleep apnea patients, consider C-pap/Bipap as main line of therapy for the sleep apnea due to its noninvasive character. even those patients, who can consider surgery as permanent solution too find it easier to choose. while at the same time, some patients really struggle hard to start the therapy or maintain the same. here, are various factors involved
