ONE GENTLE REMINDER , we all need before sleep almost everyday.....

can you deny this vary own fact still overlooked by most of us . many ppl keep scrolling their mind at night when the time it needs complete shut down for the recharge . still it seems this brain factory get over exhausted and behave more weirdly than daytime. Do you wonder what happened to these tiny neurons to have more firings at wrong places .

reason is very simple , i wont go very scientific here, but very basic and layman . we forget to assure proper winddown time we need 2 hrs. before sleep. how many of you really behave mindfully to cutdown yourself from stress , eating food , screen time and negative and heavy family discussions . so here is single tip for all of you.

but the key point is how to Learn to navigate each day rather than fighting with them.

Emotions are what make us beautifully human. They can lift us to incredible joy one moment and pull us into deep reflection the next. Sometimes, they feel like gentle ripples; other times, like unpredictable waves crashing over us. But the truth is — emotions aren’t meant to be controlled or feared. They’re meant to be understood and navigated.

1. Emotions Are Messengers, Not Enemies

Every emotion shout something in your ear. Anger may tell you that your boundaries were crossed. Sadness might be showing you what truly matters to you. When you stop judging your emotions as “good” or “bad,” you begin to hear what they’re trying to say.

2. Feel It, Don’t Fight It

When you sit with what you feel, you begin to heal. do not try to pretend strong person .pretension doesn't bring peace.
