E-meet Himani, a 52 years old homemaker, and mother of a 23 year old daughter. Himani has demonstrated wonderfully that age is not a factor if someone decides to take charge of their health. Her story in her own words -
"Since the very beginning, I had a very slim frame. But from the last 11-12 years, my body started showing signs of ill health in various ways, and I started gaining weight. During this time only, I got diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and slowly began developing issues like knee pain, which worsened over the years. I could barely bend down, and if I had to, it was too painful to handle for some reason. Other issues were high BP, high cholesterol levels, and lethargy throughout the day. Also, I had been suffering from severe migraine since childhood. I never thought my health could be any better from here, as I was in my 50s now.
Finally, I decided to join the Healthy Weight Loss Program and give my body a chance to heal.
