SHARING A CASE WHICH IS SO CLOSE TO MY HEART. Patient came to me in emergency at 27-28 weeks pregnancy with severely raised blood pressure and abnormal doppler on sonography. She also had a history of previous 3 abortions and so this pregnancy was even more precious. Parents got admitted to hospital on first counselling itself and we had to deliver the baby with all possible precautions . Baby’s birth weight was 690 grams only but expert neonatal team , God’s blessing and parents’dedication made it possible to discharge the baby after one and half mnth of hospital stay. Now the baby is 3.5 kg after 4 months of delivery and is doing well. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL.
