At 36 weeks, an emergency C-section became necessary. The patient arrived in the morning with labor pain, and though I gave a uterine relaxant, her pain grew intense by evening. She returned to me in the OPD, and I had to act. I performed the C-section, and now, both mother and baby are safe and well.
