Thank you so much Dr.Piyush Jain sir for making one more successful workshop full of knowledge and new experiences for everyone including me. In laughter and smiles the time simply flew away.

Many of us may have suffered from back pain that forced us to be confined to the bed at least once in our lifetime. It is also true that many of us adopt poor posture while working, mainly by sitting in uncomfortable and poorly designed chairs that actually harm the back more than we realize. Due to the fast paced and stressful lives of today, people of all age groups, children and adults alike prefer to watch television or play video games rather than being physically active.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 25 percent of adults are not active enough and more worrying, more than 80 percent of the adolescent population is not active enough!

I personally never thought A person this famous and intellectual with so many hidden talents can be this down to earth and so loving. I heard about it but today I know that "one should never judge a book by its cover" thank your sir for the honor and privilege to be with you for 4 days. As you all know physiotherapy also helps in covid 19 ( especially ICU & old age patients)
Physio help Reduce staying in ICU Physiotherapy also helps a lots of ICU Patient by doing breathing exercises, chest physiotherapy, Positioning, Muscle fasilitaion exercise, Mobilisation,Walking, spireomerty etc.

Physiotheraputic procedures decreasing oxygen support and improve their vitals.
And patient gain their self confidence, positivity and felling strong physically as wellas Mentally Strong.

Here is some tips to save yourself from covid 19.
1) Wear mask
2) Sanitize yourself and household things as much as you can.
3) Avoid Gathering followed Social Distancing.
4) Keep Doing Exercise.
5) Just take a short break form sitting - start 2 to 3 min light intense physical activity ( walking , cycling, self stretching )
It reduces suspactibility to covid 19.
