Hello Everyone,
New evening batch starting from 9th October in which you will find:-
• In my yoga sessions you will see different variations of Yogasanas every day.
• Every day we work on each and every body part from head to toe.
• I include Breathing practices, Warm up, Yogasanas, Relaxation and Pranayama in my sessions.
• On every last day of the week I will conduct 40 minutes of Yoga and 20 minutes of other activities like Stress management, Yogic diet, Menstruation tips, Memory games, Meditation, Yogic tips etc.
• I give proper attention to each participant in the class to correct their postures.
• I take care of every precaution for everyone individually (if someone is suffering from any disease or problem)
So I hope you all are ready and excited to join my classes from 9th October Monday 07:00 - 08:00 pm IST.
