Are Juices are your Friend or Foe?

We often see juices as a quick health boost, and while they can offer vitamins and hydration, it's important to look at the whole picture.

1. It's good for getting a concentrated dose of vitamins, quick energy, hydration, and easier digestion for some according to your health condition.

2. But really not ideal for those needing fiber, managing blood sugar, a complete nutrition or watching calories and definitely doesn't really with your balanced diet concept

So moral of gyan: You can definitely go for juice but in occassional manner and prioritize vegetable-based options because whole fruits & veggies are often the real MVPs for fiber and overall nutrition!
