Fetal reduction is a safe, ultrasound-guided procedure that lowers risks in high-order multiple pregnancies. By reducing the number of fetuses, it helps the remaining babies grow healthily and improves maternal safety. With proper counseling and support, families can make informed decisions, ensuring a safer pregnancy and better outcomes without diminishing the joy of expecting.

Low AMH can feel worrying, but it doesn’t mean pregnancy is impossible. AMH measures ovarian reserve, not egg quality. Many women with low AMH conceive successfully with timely guidance. Early consultation, lifestyle care, and personalized fertility treatments—like ovulation induction or assisted reproductive techniques—can improve chances. With the right support and approach, you can move forward confidently on your fertility journey.

Has your AMH level come back low, leaving you anxious about your chances of conceiving? You’re not alone—but here’s the truth: a low AMH level does not determine whether you can get pregnant. It simply reflects your ovarian reserve and helps doctors decide the best plan moving forward.

Patient experiences matter. In cases of multiple pregnancies, fetal reduction may be recommended to improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy. While it can be an emotional decision, expert medical advice and support make the journey safer. Listening to real feedback helps build awareness and confidence in making the right choice for both mother and babies.

And in 2026 that should be standard everywhere, not a luxury delayed by bureaucracy.

A rapid molecular test looks for the genetic signature of TB instead of waiting weeks for slower lab methods. That means doctors can identify infection faster and often see drug resistance earlier too. It is the difference between spotting a burglar on the camera now or discovering the damage a month later.

But the system that talks endlessly about public health still lets preventable delay do the killing. While countries push faster diagnostics and decentralized care, millions still get stuck in slow clinics, weak funding, and policy neglect. The poor stay infectious longer, and the institutions act shocked every single time.

That delay is not abstract. It means coughing blood, spreading disease at home, and getting treated after the damage is already deep. If the tools exist to catch TB early, why are common people still being forced to suffer like it is the nineteenth century?

A patient conceived naturally after ovulation induction but was diagnosed with a rare quadruplet pregnancy. Due to the high risks involved, she was understandably anxious about complications and the future. After thorough counseling, we performed an ultrasound-guided fetal reduction, safely reducing the pregnancy from four babies to twins. With her informed consent, this step prioritized both maternal health and better outcomes for the babies. Today, the pregnancy is progressing smoothly, and both babies are developing well—highlighting the importance of expert care and timely decision-making in high-risk pregnancies.

Has your doctor suggested a hysterectomy? Before making any decision, know that it’s not the only option. While hysterectomy—removal of the uterus—is common for conditions like fibroids, heavy bleeding, or severe pain, alternatives exist. Medications, hormonal therapy, and minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures can treat symptoms with less pain and faster recovery. Every patient’s situation is unique, so consulting thoroughly with a gynecologist is key. Don’t rush—explore all options to make the best decision for your health and future.
