POST PARTUM SEPSIS:
Life-threatening complication,
Testimony of the patient, undergone Repeat LSCS in the periphery,followed by high grade fever 🤕and later on
Developed sepsis (severe infection in the whole body).

MRI Suggested PYOMETRA- PUS IN THE UTERUS, communicating with the abdominal cavity.
Done laparoscopic hysterctomy with removal of both fallopian tubes.

Challanging laparoscopic surgery, just after 15 days of LSCS, but saved the life of a young woman with quick recovery..

Don't ignore danger signs like fever, pain in abdomen, abdomen distention and seek emergency help early..

Procedure is done in OT under anesthesia
Expert gynec is needed to treat problems with hysteroscopy
