🥛 क्या सिर्फ दूध से बच्चे की Growth हो जाती है?

बहुत से parents सोचते हैं कि अगर बच्चा रोज दूध पी रहा है, तो उसकी growth automatically अच्छी हो जाएगी।
लेकिन सच यह है कि सिर्फ दूध से पूरी growth नहीं होती।

First Aid Tips – Every Parent Should Know 👶👨‍👩‍👧

बच्चे जल्दी चोटिल हो सकते हैं, इसलिए हर parent को basic first aid की जानकारी होना बेहद ज़रूरी है।

छोटी-सी सही मदद बच्चे को बड़ी परेशानी से बचा सकती है।

1. Cuts (कट लगना): साफ पानी से धोएं, antiseptic लगाएं और bandage करें
2. Fever (बुखार): बच्चे को hydrated रखें, दवा सिर्फ डॉक्टर की सलाह से दें
3. Burns (जलना): तुरंत बहते पानी के नीचे रखें, toothpaste या तेल न लगाएं
4. Choking (दम घुटना): बच्चा बोल या सांस न ले पा रहा हो तो emergency है
5. Head Injury: उल्टी, चक्कर या बेहोशी में तुरंत डॉक्टर से मिलें
