Regular periods… yet pregnancy feels delayed?

Sometimes it’s not about the cycle — it’s about ovulation.
Bleeding every month doesn’t always mean an egg is released.

Fertility begins with understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.

At Gada IVF & HD Women Care, we focus on the root cause — so your journey moves forward with clarity and care.

Because ovulation is the true heartbeat of fertility.

Waiting for “two pink lines”?
What if real progress is already happening — quietly?

In fertility care, success isn’t always instant or dramatic.
Sometimes it shows up as regulated cycles, improved reports, better egg quality, or balanced hormones.

These aren’t small changes — they are clinical milestones that signal your body is responding.

Fertility is a journey of steady progress, informed guidance, and consistent care.

At Gada IVF & HD Women Care, we recognise and value every step forward — because lasting success is built on measurable, meaningful wins.

A few simple essentials can make medication and injection routines far more comfortable 💗

Keep medicines organized in a pouch (especially if travelling or refrigeration is needed), and use comfort aids like hot/cold packs, massage support, numbing creams, or doctor-approved relief when required. Manage bloating and cramping with heating pads, peppermint support, warm digestion drinks, approved relaxation baths, and gentle stretches. Support digestion with fiber or stool softeners when needed, and ease nausea with approved meds or natural options like ginger.

Stay comfortable by maintaining hydration and electrolytes, using liners if needed, limiting sodium, and boosting energy with protein snacks, herbal teas, and screen-care habits. Care for injection sites with rotation, soothing gels, and temperature therapy, and reduce breast tenderness with soft support, cooling relief, and mindful diet choices.

Small care steps can bring big comfort to your journey 🤍

This is one of the most common fertility myths.
The truth is — NO, p*eing after in*******se does NOT flush out s***m.
Here’s why:
S***m is released into the va**na, while urine comes out through the urethra.
These are two completely different openings, so urination cannot wash s***m away.
Once ej*******on happens, s***m starts moving toward the cervix within seconds.
By the time you get up to p*e, s***m has already begun its journey.

Peeing after in*******se is actually good for preventing urinary tract infections,
but it has no negative effect on fertility or chances of pregnancy.

So relax, stay informed, and don’t let myths stress you out.
When it comes to fertility — facts matter more than fears.

Follow us for more fertility facts and myth-busting truths.

Many couples worry when semen comes out of the female body after in*******se and think it reduces the chances of pregnancy. The truth is — this is completely normal.
After in*******se, excess semen often flows out of the va**na due to gravity when a woman stands up or moves. This does NOT mean that all the s***m is lost. Millions of s***m travel inside the uterus within minutes, and only a very small number are actually needed for fertilization.

In this video, Dr. Dimpi Modi Shah explains:
• Why semen comes out after in*******se
• Whether it affects chances of pregnancy
• What is normal and what needs medical attention

Understanding these facts helps couples stay relaxed and confident while trying to conceive.

Pregnancy is a time when nutrition directly shapes your baby’s growth—and Omega-3 fatty acids play a crucial role in this journey. These healthy fats, especially DHA and EPA, are essential for both the mother and the developing baby.

Where Do Omega-3s Come From?
They are commonly found in fatty fish, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, and doctor-recommended prenatal supplements. Always consult your doctor before starting any supplement during pregnancy.

At Gada IVF HD Women Care, we believe that a healthy pregnancy begins with the right nutritional guidance and expert medical care. Our specialists provide personalized pregnancy planning, nutritional counseling, and continuous support to ensure the well-being of both mother and baby—at every stage.

✨ Because informed mothers make healthier choices—and healthy choices build healthier futures.
