On February 15, 2025, Dr. Mahak Bhandari, Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgeon and Managing Director of Bhandari Group of Hospitals & Institutions, Indore led the SPARC Workshop, providing surgeons and medical professionals with hands-on experience and expert insights into the latest techniques in hernia, minimal access, and robotic surgery. Dr. Bhandari performed nine consecutive live surgeries, all streamed on his page, which were observed by 13 surgeons from across the country.
The workshop covered various hernia types, emphasizing minimally invasive and robotic approaches. Participants gained valuable knowledge through live demonstrations of laparoscopic and robotic-assisted hernia surgeries, understanding the steps, challenges, and advantages of each modality.
