Knock knee also called as Genu valgus leads to condition in which knees are touching each other and that lead to difficulty in running ,pain in knee and early arthritis in life .
Treatment depends on which age child is presented.
In later age group when growth is completed, treatment is done by bone cutting operation (Osteotomy).

Relapse club foot--4 year child with club foot who was treated previously by plaster had relapse(not able to walk with heel on ground and has bean shape of foot)advised for replaster but did not responded so operation was done and child become fine with walking with heel on ground and normal shape of foot.

Septic hip --Pus in hip joint in child is surgical emergency,if surgery is not done in right time it leads to irreversible damage to femoral and acetabular cartilage.Knowing proper technique is paramount so that no damage is done by surgeon to femoral epiphysis.
