A One Year Old female presented with swelling on back constipation and Failure to thrive. Was treated in periphery but not diagnosed until size of swelling increased.MRI showed it to be a Type 2 Sacrococcygeal Teratoma and Alpha Fetoprotein levels were very high.It was resected completely and child had an uneventful recovery and discharged in 3 days.Now awaiting Adjuvant Chemotherapy and Follow up.
