42 years old lady came with history of inability to walk and back pain with history of fall 3 months back ,imaging study s/o L 1 fracture, Did Vertebroplasty and Minimally invasive spinal fixation (small incision surgery).Patient is completely pain free and can walk properly without any support after surgery.Its real satisfaction when your patient comes on stature but goes walking.

Operating upon a brain tumor in the vicinity of crucial nerves and vessels are always chalanging to the Neurosurgeons. Recently operated a case of Planum sphenoid Meningioma which was compressing the nerves important for vision(optic nerve), anterior cerebral artery and frontal horn of ipsilateral lateral ventricle. Patient came with complete loss of right eye vision. Now after surgery her vision is improved drastically. There is nothing greater rewarding than sending your operated patient home without any deficit with improved neurological status.
