Healthy is not skinny…
I have heard many times people asking skinny person lifting weights, oh you shud b enjoying and relaxing at home!! Why are you going thru so much hustle!!
Or asking a bulky person, maybe you eat too much or sit too much, move around!!
So Good Health is not how much you exercise or your eating patterns or your body type , it’s a combination of many things!!
I started 100Daystransformation for a healthier version of me , I am focusing on all the aspects of health
@ THOUGHTS , the quality of our thoughts does have a part in our good health…if we are not able to have good productive thoughts in our day , if we are complaining all the time, we have hard time trusting someone, we think less of someone then we need to be aware and we need to work on our thoughts for a healthier self!! No matter how much we exercise or how skinny we get if we are just complaining, not happy with our surroundings, always bothered with unpleasant thoughts about someone or ourself …WE ARE NOT HEALTHY
@ FEELINGS , do I experience high vibrations throughout my day !! Do I feel motivated , do I feel inspired in my day!! We are not healthy if we are deep in low emotions and low vibrations and we don’t know how to handle our feelings !! I have seen people working out good, eating good but yet are depressed !! So let’s focus on our feeling for a healthier version of ourself…
@ CONSCIOUSNESS & BELIEF SYSTEM
We are programmed by our surroundings, and what we believe in our subconscious mind it becomes true for us…so first we need to be aware, what are my beliefs?? Are my beliefs LIMITING me or EMPOWERING me?? Because no matter how hard you try , if your beliefs are limiting you, we can’t reach for that target or goal in our life!!
So to the person reading this, A Gentle Request
Expand your meaning of Good Health
Include
your thoughts ,
your feelings ,
Your beliefs along with the food you eat and how much you exercise !!
What you feed your body is important and so is (maybe more) What you feed your mind!!!
So What would you like to focus on?? For the healthier version of YOU
