tennis elbow, misleading as the name may sound, is a kind of "overuse injury" of the arm that can occur to just about anybody from a homemaker to a computer professional. You do not need to be a sportsman to feel that sharp pain in the outer elbow as you go through your daily chores.
Tennis elbow is a condition in which there is injury to the extensor muscles because of repetitive movement of the forearm and wrist. It can be precipitated by the sudden uptake of any kind of vigorous activity, or if the intensity of any regular activity is suddenly stepped up.In sportsmen, the condition may be caused by a wrong grip.
Tennis elbow is commonest among housewives because when they bend down and lift a heavy weight like say, a pressure cooker, there is a lot of wear and tear of the muscle.
The condition sets in because of such repeated actions or by just single one.

Radiating pain is caused by medical conditions that affect the nerves in your body. This results in traveling pain that spreads from the original pain point to a larger area of the body. Conditions that may trigger radiating pain are those that punch or pull on a nerve, such as a herniated or bulging disc. Pain travels along the connected nerve pathways into other sections of your body that are on the same nerve pathway. It is important to seek medical consultation when experiencing radiating pain because it can be a sign of more serious nerve damage.
Radiating Pain Symptoms
There are a number of medical conditions that can lead to radiating pain in different areas of the body
*Disc herniations

*A pinched nerve

*Sciatica

*Spinal Stenosis

It is important to seek medical help if your symptoms persist or worsen.
