Professional Diagnosis - Moderate to Moderately severe sensorineural slopping hearing loss.

CIC ( Invisible hearing aid ) hearing aid suggested.

why the vent is complusary in this hearing aids,
Venting in CIC/earmoulds has been used for many years to control the sound pressure level in the ear canal at low frequencies and to make the hearing aid more comfortable to wear. Vents often reduce the occlusion effect and the build-up of moisture in the ear canal as they permit the passage of air into the ear canal.

कान को तीन मुख्य भागों में बांटा गया है:
1)- बाहरी कान (Outer Ear),
2)- मध्य कान(Middle Ear) और
3)- आंतरिक कान(Inner Ear)
*बाहरी कान, जो पिन्ना और कान नहर से बना होता है और वो ध्वनि तरंगों को इकट्ठा करता है और उन्हें मध्य कान में भेजता है।
*मध्य कान, जो ईयरड्रम और तीन छोटी हड्डियों से बना होता है जिन्हें ओसिक्ल्स (Ossicles) (मैलियस, इनकस और स्टेप्स) कहा जाता है, ये ध्वनि तरंगों को बढ़ाता है और उन्हें आंतरिक कान में भेजता है।
*आंतरिक कान को cochlea भी कहा जाता है, जहां ध्वनि वास्तव में विद्युत संकेतों(electrical signals) में परिवर्तित हो जाती है और समझने योग्य श्रवण तंत्रिका के माध्यम से मस्तिष्क तक पहुंचती है। कोक्लीअ एक सर्पिल आकार का अंग है जो तरल पदार्थ से भरा होता है और यह छोटे बाल कोशिकाओं से बना होता है जो ध्वनि तरंगों के जवाब में चलते हैं। ये बाल कोशिकाएं विद्युत संकेत उत्पन्न करती हैं जो श्रवण तंत्रिका को भेजी जाती हैं, जो फिर उन्हें मस्तिष्क में भेजती हैं।
