Unconscious sleep means going to sleep after getting tired, you do not get deep sleep, going to sleep after drinking alcohol, or sleeping after taking medicine, you do not get deep sleep.
When you wake up in the morning and with energy, its meaning is deep sleep is good. Deep sleep has to be balanced, not too much or too less!!

This is for those who need to know why or or any other gadget or technologies don't give an advertisement.. It's people who use n then only suggest !!!

People think and is same thing.. it's NOT !!!

When I show the presentation of all over india then most of the people ask me why their is no advertisement On tv, billboard etc even some asked if it's so good then why don't government promote it ( as goverment don't don't the effects of liquor and cigarette) and some says if it's good then why Dr don't prescribe specially MD !!! People are so innocent, they know for BP, diabetes and thyroid ones the doctor has given medicines for a week or a month then also no recovery and now people themselves say it has to be taken for a life !!!! And after 5 mg then 10 mg then 20 mg and so on. And everybody knows that all the medicine has been made by the taxes chemical and it will never detoxify from your body and it affects your filtration organs.

" So healthy mindset looks for wellbeing solutions and a sick mindset will always look for discounted camical medicines and hospital "
