Patient reported with pain in upper right tooth region.
Clinically and radiographically there was peri apical abscess irt 15
T/t - 1st sitting Biomechanical preparation done followed by irrigation.
2nd sitting -Bio ceramic temporary dressing (BIO-C ; Angelus) was given to reduce the peri apical infection & pt was recalled after 14 days.
3rd sitting- Dressing was removed and obturation done with BIO ROOT sealer(Septodont)
