What is Vaginismus?
Vaginismus is a condition in which the muscles around the vagina involuntarily tighten or spasm, making vaginal penetration — such as during intercourse, a gynecological exam, or tampon insertion — painful or even impossible. This tightening is not under conscious control and is often linked to physical or psychological factors.

What Can Vaginismus Lead To?
If left untreated, vaginismus can lead to:
Painful intercourse (dyspareunia)
Fear or avoidance of intimacy
Broken marriages
Emotional distress or relationship issues
Difficulty in conception (due to inability to have intercourse)
Low self-esteem or anxiety around sexual health

🔹 1. Botox Therapy
