Many people have asked about the specifics of the group therapy session. To answer certain questions.

The group session is completely free of charge.
Participants would be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon arriving in order to safeguard the secrecy of the therapeutic session.
It will begin with a quick introduction of anxiety, followed by each participant sharing their personal experiences with anxiety.
The session will conclude with a grounding exercise and tips on how to deal with anxiety.

Finally, in order to maintain privacy, the group will have a limited number of seats available, so please confirm your seat by contacting us.
