A major fire accident was averted today just now due to the prompt and timely intervention of the staffs of Heema Hospital.

A school bus caught fire near the hospital premises, but the situation was swiftly brought under control through the firefighting efforts by the hospital staffs, led by our CMD sir.

Their quick response prevented a potential tragedy and ensured the safety of all concerned.

Today, Heema Hospital proudly celebrates 19 years of service, compassion, and commitment to healthcare.

On this special occasion, we were honoured by the gracious presence of Shri Wangki Lowang, Hon’ble Minister for Forest & Environment, Geology & Mining, and DoTCL, Government of Arunachal Pradesh and Shri Tapuk Taku, Hon’ble Chairman, APMDTC Ltd. and former MLA, as our Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our doctors, nurses, and staff members whose tireless efforts and dedication continue to uphold the values of Heema Hospital.

A new chapter in advanced eye care begins at Heema.

We are pleased to announce that the Eye OPD at Heema Hospital is now officially open and operational with advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities for comprehensive eye care.

Our CMD Sir personally visited the department and underwent examination through the newly installed facilities including OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), Indirect Ophthalmoscopy, Auto refractometer testing, Slit Lamp Bio microscopy and Green Laser retinal treatment services. He appreciated the advanced technology, precision and preparedness of the department and expressed his approval and best wishes for the successful journey of the new Eye OPD.

The department is equipped to diagnose and manage conditions such as:
* Diabetic Retinopathy
* Glaucoma
* Retinal Tears & Retinal Disorders
* Dry Eyes & Allergic Conjunctivitis
* Refractive Errors and Vision Problems
* Central Serous Retinopathy (CSR) and more

As part of our ongoing 19th Foundation Day celebration, the 3rd Edition of the Byabang Heri Inter Hospital Futsal Tournament was successfully organised with great enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and unity among the healthcare fraternity.

From intense matches and roaring cheers to shining trophies and the electrifying tournament atmosphere, every moment reflected the spirit of passion, teamwork, and celebration. Even the rain could not dampen the energy and determination of our players, who continued to give their all on the court with unstoppable spirit and dedication.

Beyond the trophies and goals, the tournament reminded us that sports has the power to bring people together, strengthen bonds and create memories that last far beyond the final whistle.

Heartiest congratulations to TRIHMS for emerging as the Champions and a big round of applause to Heema Hospital for securing the Runner-Up position with an outstanding performance.
