Heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Byabang Rana, 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐀𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 and CMD of Heema Hospital, on being felicitated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh today on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day 2025 at the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

This honour and recognition, coming after 28 years reaffirms the timeless truth — that sincere, philanthropic, and selfless service to society may take time to be noticed, but it is never forgotten.

With heavy hearts, we at Heema Hospital mourn the passing of our dear colleague and friend Mr. Pradeep Chandra Sarkar who served with dedication and integrity in our Press Department for the past 18 years.

For nearly two decades he had a steady and a compassionate presence—more than just a colleague, he was family. His gentle spirit, unwavering commitment and quiet strength touched everyone around him. Whether during challenging times or everyday moments, his care and professionalism shone through leaving a lasting impact on all of us.Losing him is not just a loss to our hospital but a deep wound to all who had the privilege to know him. In this moment of grief, we come together as one family to honor his memory.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Congratulations to the Gastro Team!

Happy to share the success story of the Heema Hospital Gastroenterology Team.

A pregnant woman presented with Extrahepatic Biliary Obstruction (EHBO) and Cholangitis due to a Common Bile Duct (CBD) stone at 33 weeks of gestation, with a history of cholecystectomy.

Since she was not fit for major surgery, she underwent ERCP and biliary stenting (with the abdomen shielded using a lead jacket) on 29.03.2025 as a life-saving procedure.

Her condition improved drastically following the procedure, and she went on to deliver a healthy baby at full term. ERCP with biliary stent removal and CBD clearance was performed on 16.05.2025.

She was discharged with a smile on her face, in the presence of Dr. Byabang Rana, CMD, Heema Hospital.
