Well, you don’t have to be a nutritionist to realize that apples are healthy & full of nutrients and as the reasons to eat them are endless we will show you some imp benefits of giving junk food a boot and switching to apple fruit;

🍎High fiber fruit-
One apple provides the necessary requirement of fiber a day. Apples are high in fiber and water, these two qualities that make them filling.

One medium apple — 6.4 ounces or 182 grams contains 4 grams of fiber.

🍎Low calorie food-
It is free from cholesterol, fat & sodium. Some natural compounds in them may promote weight loss.

🍎Rich in anti-oxidant-
The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples helps in reducing the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.

One medium apple —

A medium apple equals 1.5 cups of fruit — which is 3/4 of the 2-cup daily recommendation for fruit.

A lot of my clients are anti-beet, it is so usual to see that affair ! Here’s the explanation why we gotta BEET it, especially for the ones with low hb/iron (yeah, my female clients)..it is bountiful and beautiful ! Give it a read !

"The beet is the most intense of vegetables. The radish, admittedly, is more feverish, but the fire of the radish is a cold fire, the fire of discontent, not of passion. Tomatoes are l***y enough, yet there runs through tomatoes an undercurrent of frivolity. Beets are deadly serious.
- Tom Robbins"

Because of their ability to make a catchy headline and from hangover cure to hair-dye, Beetroot has been gaining huge popularity among the brigade of health freaks for its umpteen health benefits. It offers an astounding number of advantages from wrinkle prevention to lowering blood pressure. Still you need some motivation as to why you should get beets on your plate.

Here you go👉🏻

1.Excellent source of folate, vitamin A & K; good source of manganese, copper & potassium

2.High in fiber;helps with satiety & regularity

3.Beetroot juice;richest dietary sources of antioxidants & naturally occurring nitrates

4.Drinking beet juice helps lower heart disease risk & blood pressure.

5.Improves stamina & digestion

6.Studies have shown the high levels of anti-inflammatory agents found in beets contribute to a reduction in the risk of many types of cancers

7. The betalin compound helps to capture troublesome toxins & flush them out

8. The entirety of the plant is edible from the tips of its leaves, down to its long pointed root

Beetroots are very much versatile ; you can steam, fry, pickle, juice, boil, slow cook, pressure cook, or eat them in a salad And you're in luck ; winter is prime-time for beets.

So?Sautéed beet greens anyone?
