This case - 25 years old female patient's retained milk tooth has been filled incorrectly causing severe pain and pus discharge from the infected tooth site.

When patients during consultation ask "kya hoga root canal nahi karayenge to"..see in this video and photo how pus was drained using syringes to relieve excruciating pain of patient.
Total 8ml pus was drained without making incison (cut) in first appointment.
Patient is now relieved from both,pain and swelling.

When you have smaller tooth size,it has very less surface area available for dental cements to get attachment and due to this your dental crown comes out again and again.This requires repeated cementation.
Dentists can perform this procedure "Gingivectomy"to increase the surface area available for cementation.
