आई फ्लू के दौरान, ऐसे बरतें सावधानी :-

• टीवी या मोबाइल से खुद को दूर रखें
• अपना तौलिया तकिया अलग रखें
• रोजाना इस्तेमाल किए जाने वाले तौलिए को बदलें.
• दूसरा साफ तौलिए इस्तेमाल करें
• हर आधे घंटे में आंखों को ठंडे पानी से धोएं.
• आंखों में चश्मे का इस्तेमाल करें
• दूसरे व्यक्ति के आंखों से संपर्क ना बनाएं.
• आंखों को बार-बार हाथों से टच न करें

कंजक्टिवाइटिसि आई फ्लू :-
1.आई फ्लू के लक्षण
2.आँखो का लाल होना
3.आँखो में सफ़ेद रंग का कीचड़ आना
4.आँखो से पानी बहना
5.आँखो में खुजली और दर्द होना

आई फ्लू होने पर क्या करे:-
1 .आंखों को बार-बार साफ ठंडे पानी से धोएं.
2. डॉक्टर की बताई आई ड्रॉप आंखों में डालें.
3. हाथों की साफ-सफाई पर ध्यान दें.
4. बिना हाथ धोए आंखों को छूने से बचें.
5. आंखों को मसलें नहीं.
6. आई फ्लू पीड़ित से दूरी बनाएं.
7.अपना टॉवेल, कपड़ा, चादर, चश्मा, मेकअप प्रोडक्ट्स, आई ड्रॉप अलग रखें.
पलकों को बार-बार झपकाते रहें.

आई फ्लू को फैलने से रोकना के लिए क्या करे :-
1. हाथों की साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखें
2 चेहरे को टच न करें
3. चश्मा जरूर पहनें
4. दूरी बनाकर ही रखें
5. टिशू का इस्तेमाल करें.
