Kombucha also contains antioxidants, can kill harmful bacteria and may help fight several diseases. it’s also rich in beneficial probiotics.

▫️Recipe- It’s made by adding specific strains of bacteria, yeast and sugar to black or green tea or flavour tea, then allowing it to ferment for a week or more...

▫️During this process, bacteria and yeast form a mushroom-like film on the surface of the liquid. This is why kombucha is also known as “Mushroom tea.” This blob is a living SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) , and can be used to ferment new kombucha.

▫️The fermentation process produces acetic acid, found in vinegar and several other acidic compounds, trace levels of alcohol and gases that make it carbonated.

Green juice enthusiasts purport that this drink offers numerous health benefits, including improved digestion, weight loss, reduced inflammation, and boosted immunity.

🍸Ingredients🍸
1 apple
1 bunch of spinach leaves
1 lemon
1 cucumber
2 celery stick
1/2 tsp ginger juice
Add 1/2 tsp honey in it to give sweet taste.

Put these ingredient in blender and make a juice. Add lemon juice and honey in the end.
