Happy to share that a patient came to us with history of partial cholecystectomy done outside 6 months before. Pt had continuous pain abdomen after that. MRCP was done suggestive of single large stone of size about 1.5 cm. Completion cholecystectomy was done. Surgery was difficult because of dense adhesions but able to complete it. Postoperative pt is free of pain.
