Tension Headache: Often from Stress, Eye strain, or Poor posture. Cope with rest, hydration, and gentle neck/shoulder stretches.
Cervicogenic Headache: Linked to Neck stiffness, Poor posture, or Cervical spine issues. Focus on Correct posture, Gentle neck mobilization, and Physiotherapy.
Migraine Headache: Triggers include Hormonal changes, Certain foods, or Lack of sleep. Cope by sitting in a dark, quiet room, using a cold compress, and avoiding triggers.
Sinus Headache: Caused by Sinus infection or allergy congestion. Try Steam inhalation, a warm compress, and staying hydrated.
Cluster Headache: May be linked to Abnormal brain activity, Alcohol, or Strong smells. Cope with a cold pack on the area, and consider oxygen therapy or prescribed medication (always consult a doctor!).
