In continuation,

I am glad to share that our Pediatric Oncology Ward has successfully completed 90 days (3 months) with only 1 mortality. (We lost khusiram new patient, received in ICU with MDR acenetobactor, sensitive to tigecycline only.)
Additionally, we have been able to maintain zero package rejections during this period.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our respected Superintendent Dr. K.K. Mina Sir and HOD Dr. Kusum Ma’am for providing us with a supportive environment that allows us to work effortlessly and fearlessly.

I am also sincerely thankful to Dr. Kapil Garg Sir for his continued confidence in me, and to Dr. Rambabu Sir for his unwavering guidance during challenging situations.

Last but certainly not least, I deeply appreciate the commitment and hard work of our resident doctors — Dr. Hitasha, Dr Sakshi, Dr. Kiran, Dr. Bhawana, Dr. Jyoti, and Dr. Vikram — along with our dedicated nursing team, whose efforts have been pivotal to this achievement.

😢 हत्या नहीं करनी थी 😡
आजकल हॉस्पिटल का इंचार्ज होना खतरे से खाली नहीं है, स्टाफ ड्यूटी पर नहीं आना चाहता, घर बैठे तनख्वाह लेना चाहता है, आ गया तो लेट आएगा या काम नहीं करेगा, अड़ंगे लगाएगा! हर एक स्टाफ एक नेता को पकड़ के रखता है, हॉस्पिटल में काम करने के बजाय नेताओं की जी हुजूरी करता रहता है!
हॉस्पिटल में काम नहीं होता या टारगेट पूरे नहीं होते तो उच्चाधिकारी और एसडीएम ही कलेक्टर आदि लोग इंचार्ज का गला पकड़ते हैं, ऐसे में आजकल डॉक्टर इंचार्ज बनने से घबराते हैं! हाल ही में बांसवाड़ा में एक डॉक्टर ने नर्सिंग स्टाफ को डयूटी पर आने को बोला तो वे लोग हॉस्पिटल में डॉक्टर को को धमकाने के लिए बंदूकें लेकर आ गए, वो तो सीसीटीवी लगा हुआ था सो रिकॉर्ड हो गया!
लेकिन हॉस्पिटल के इंचार्ज, स्टाफ से बुरी तरह आहत हैं, स्टाफ सीधे धमकी देता है, या नेताओं से धमकियां दिलवाता है या फिर गलत आरोप लगवाकर उलझाने को आतुर रहता है, या झोलाछाप यूट्यूब वाले पत्रकारों को मिलीभगत से बुलाकर डॉक्टरों का हैरेसमेंट करते हैं ताकी वे लोग अपनी जिंदगी मजे से जिएं!
डॉ. वैभव चावला जैसे लोगों की गलती है कि उन्होंने हॉस्पिटल की व्यवस्थाओं को सुधारने का सोचा और स्टाफ को समय से आकर जनसेवा का काम।करने को कहा...
आज कहाँ हैं वे एसडीएम, कलेक्टर, नेता, अधिकारी और आम जनता? जो रोज हॉस्पिटल इंचार्ज पर आकर चढ़ाई करते हैं! रोज हिसाब मांगते हैं! अब कहाँ हैं वे झोलाछाप और असली पत्रकार? सरकारी अस्पतालों के डॉक्टर दो पाटों के बीच में पिस रहे हैं लेकिन उनका दर्द कोई नहीं सुन रहा!
एक हॉस्पिटल के इंचार्ज डॉक्टर की हत्या इसलिए मात्र कर दी क्योंकि वो अपनी ड्यूटी ईमानदारी से कर रहा था! ईमानदारी की सजा तो मिलनी ही थी, नेताओं से दो गालियां निकलवा देते, दो वीडियो बनवाकर वायरल कर देते, अपनी यूनियन की तरफ से अपने स्टाफ के साथ बुरा व्यवहार करने का फर्जी लेटरहेड लेकर कलेक्टर से मिल लेते, कोई भी फर्जी आरोप लगवाकर बदनाम कर देते, बन्दूकें लहरा लेते, लेकिन हत्या नहीं करनी थी 😢
