World diabetes day with children’s day.🌈
As diabetes is a subject to educate and our children is our world future. So” lets educate to protect tomorrow”.

Today’s sessions was about awareness in type1 diabetes.

Managing diabetes can be really hard at very young age. Sometimes you may feel exhausted. Having diabetes means that you need to check your blood sugar levels often, make healthy food choices, be physically active, remember to take your medicine, bear painful injections daily and make other good decisions about your health several times a day.

To cope with all this, First of all accept your present condition with no negative feeling. With healthy diet, monitoring sugar levels regularly, regular doctor follow up it can be easily managed.

If you notice that you’re feeling frustrated, tired, and unable to make decisions about your diabetes care, take action. Tell your family, friends, and health care providers. They can help you get the support you need.
