Pioneer in the country for a challenging procedure for re**al cancer ( Laparoscopic intersphincteric resection ) and was invited to the highest national platform for GI Surgery to deliver a lecture on the same (IASGCON 2012). Amongst the leaders in the country, in laparoscopic surgery for colore**al cancer and oesophageal cancer.
• He was invited to the top most institutes in India, to perform live demonstrations and train the surgeons in these technically difficult cancer operations.

• Leading series of laparoscopic panproctocolectomy and ileal J pouch a**l anastomosis in India. Also, demonstrated the procedure 'live' for the first time ever at a conference in Punjab.
• Pioneer and largest experience of laparoscopic intersphincteric resections for very low carcinoma re**um in India .Presented at IASG national meeting at Bangalore 2012.
• Largest experience of thoracolaparoscopic oesophageal resections in North India.
• Experience of > 450 pancreatic resections for malignancy, including > 300 Whipple's procedures.
