40 year old male suffered a lot due to chronic wound over left leg since 15 years underwent 2 times skin grafting but rejected .
Pt underwent plastic surgery flap coverage and now he is comfortable and also doing his routine activity

VIC ( volkman's ischemic contracture) generally results after trauma tight compression bandage /pop causing necrosis followed by fibrosis in deep flexor muscles and interosseous membrane.it leads variable degree of contracture that may be mild moderate and severe.
Here a lady suffering from VIC since 5 years and having contracture in mid ring and little fingers FDP and pronator Teres muscle.
After surgery contracture is released and hand became functional.
Always consult with hand and plastic surgeon for such treatment

50 year old male came with carcinoma mandible with skin involvement.composite resection of mandible along with neck dissection. Mandible reconstruction with oral lining done by free osteocutaneous fibula flap and coverage given by PMMC flap.

Young pt came with post nonunited tibia fracture with unstable scar over left leg. Was managed in first stage by scar excision and free ALT flap cover .flap is done by plastic surgeon and needs expertise in microsurgery .

Young man had electric burn defect over rt wrist . In stage one debridement was done all sloughed flexor tendons and median ulnar nerve were excised .for coverage groin flap was done .
Second stage when the flap settled well fingers were contracted and hand was insensate with no hand movement.
Decision was taken to release contracture and provide sensation now and tendon reconstruction/ transfer in next stage hence all pip joint were released .median nerve proximal end bridged to median and ulnar nerve distal stump by sural nerve cable graft.

Staged1 Ear reconstruction done with rib cartilage graft in a condition called microtia. A developmental deformity of ear where ear is not formed well.in that condition we use rib cartilage for making ear framework and keep in ear pocket for minimum 3 months in stage one. In second stage ear framework will be elevated after 3 months.
