recurrent disc herniation (again slip disc at same level that operated previously) is always challenging to treat, when all conservative measures fails to treat them. Surgery is also difficult & risky (specially it has been operated previously with open or microscopic laminectomy & diskcetomy). To overcome of these complications transforaminal endoscopic spine surgeries under local anaesthesia (TSSULA) are gold standard method to operate like these patients...
