💔 छोटी बात भी दिल पर लग जाती है? Read this…

• किसी का ‘no’, छोटा सा reply… या late message भी
अगर आपको अंदर तक hurt कर देता है —
तो ये आपकी गलती नहीं है.
ये Rejection Sensitivity हो सकती है.

• इस हालत में brain हर छोटी चीज़ को rejection समझ लेता है
even जब सामने वाला reject कर ही नहीं रहा होता.
फिर guilt, fast heartbeat और वही सवाल—
“शायद मैंने कुछ गलत कर दिया?”

Trigger होते ही 10 second deep breathing →

3️⃣ Self-Worth मजबूत करें
लोगों के reply आपकी value decide नहीं करते.

वो thoughts ठीक करने में,
जो हर बात में rejection देखने लगते हैं.
