BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING | CORPORATE AWARENESS SERIES
Because Every Workplace Can Be a Life-Saving Space

As part of our ongoing Corporate Health & Safety Awareness Series, Just Health & Wellness successfully conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Session for the team at Aavas Financiers, Jaipur.
This hands-on session focused on empowering professionals with essential emergency response skills, including:
✅ Early recognition of cardiac arrest
✅ Hands-only CPR techniques
✅ Airway management & choking response
✅ Confidence to act before medical help arrives

Watching corporate professionals actively participate, practice CPR, and understand the importance of timely action truly reinforces one belief, life-saving knowledge belongs everywhere, not just hospitals.

CODE RED READY | Dil Dhadakne Do

Empowering Jaipur to Save Lives, One Training at a Time

Just Health & Wellness, in association with , successfully conducted a “Code Red Ready (Dil Dhadakne Do)” CPR & Emergency Response Awareness Session at the Manipal Cigna Office on 29th November 2025.

Under the guidance of experienced medical professionals, participants learned:
✅ How to identify a cardiac emergency
✅ Hands-only CPR techniques
✅ The importance of early intervention
✅ Life-saving first response skills

The energy, enthusiasm, and commitment shown by the attendees truly reflect how communities can come together to build a safer tomorrow.
