The Stress of Heart Disease
When a person come to know that he / she is having heart blockage then, the person come under a certain type of pressure and this pressure is called heart disease stress, the respective person must keep in mind the following things –
1. Firstly, make yourself positive, heart blockage was there yesterday also, you come to know about it now, it is not a 1-2 days thing.
2. The severity of heart blockage depends upon the amount, location and nature of heart blockage, generally blockage more than 60-70% are considered as significant.
3. Heart blockage is moreover a lifestyle disease and there are many medical treatments available for it, adopt a healthy lifestyle and follow the advice of your doctor.
4. Stress causes a pressure on the heart, which can induce a heart attack so be calm and have patience don't take stress.
5. Except God, nobody knows when a heart attack will occur or will occur or not, so please don’t be nervous.
Yes, caution is needed, don’t do negligence.
If you make yourself positive then your body gets a boost to fight with the disease, this does not only apply in case of heart disease but in the cases for approximately 90% of diseases.
