Now has its own Centre (ADAC) run by International Centre of Automotive Technologies (ICAT), Manesar, Haryana started by Department of Heavy Industries, Government of India which has developed capacity to do on-site scientific crash investigation, black spot identification, rectification and measure local problems to develop local strategies to mitigate the fatalities on road.. We need such Centres at all State level to increase the capacity and mitigation work on ground..
