Ever since I remember I was always a very very lean person. From childhood till college I had real struggle with weight.
Just like fat people, thin/ lean people also struggle with image issues and body shaming.
It's hard to loose weight and even harder to gain weight.
Your body weight is so much related to your genetic traits, body type ( prakriti), digestion & metabolism (agni).
These are the things where you don't have your control and you can't do much about it.
Rather than worrying about your weight focus on your stamina, energy levels, body function regulations, healthy diet lifestyle and physical activity.
Being under weight doesn't make you unhealthy or diseased unless you have good physical & mental health.
To gain weight I have tried every single advice coming from the universe 😁. Banana shakes, cream, butter, ghee, paneer, cheese, long sleeping, no activity, almost every thing but nothing worked. And one day I decided not to follow any of this stuff and except myself being who Iam.
My advice to every person with the same issue. Weight should not be the only criteria for health & fitness.
Weight gain is also a gradual and constant process like weight loss. Sometimes the results are too slow or negligible.
What you can do
*Eat balanced regular meals
*Remain physically active
*Work on endurance and energy
*Take sufficient rest
*Avoid junk, white sugar, salt, processed food, fried food.
