A Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) is a specialized device (kind of pacemaker) designed to treat patients who have decreased Ejection fraction (pumping capacity of Heart). It helps to improve Ejection fraction and hence gives symptomatic benefit to patients.

Happy to share that I proctored Physiological /Conduction system pacing case (pacemaker) and EPS-RFA at WELLMARK HOSPTAL, Bokaro (JHARKHAND) which is one of the premier institute in the state. It was First of its kind in Bokaro city.

Conduction system pacing is a promising method for delivering pacing therapy for heart failure/Bradycardia patients. In this technique the pacemaker wire is connected to hearts own natural wire (HIS BUNDLE/LEFT BUNDLE) which allows the heart to be fully supported by pacemaker and tends to improve pumping capacity of Heart
