Kabhi-kabhi hum “Why did this happen?” par itna focus karte hain ki “What could have prevented it?” ka sawaal peeche reh jaata hai.

Jo incident upar share hua hai, woh sirf ek crime story nahi hai — yeh emotional neglect, communication gap aur unresolved issues ka extreme aur tragic outcome bhi ho sakta hai. Lekin yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki kisi bhi situation mein violence kabhi solution nahi hota.

Healthy relationships sirf love se nahi, balki:
• Clear communication
• Emotional awareness
• Boundaries
• Aur mutual respect se bante hain

Agar kisi relationship mein dissatisfaction ya frustration ho, toh uska solution baat-cheet, counseling, ya respectfully alag ho jaana hai — na ki kisi ko hurt karna.

Mental health aur emotional intelligence ko ignore karna, kabhi-kabhi irreversible consequences tak le ja sakta hai.

Let’s normalize:
Talking before reacting.
Understanding before blaming.
Leaving before destroying.
