An ingenious start up conceived with a vision to connect and bridge the gap between organizations and people who endure agony at the hands of mental illness. The Bridge", primarily works on mental health awareness for children, working adults, executives, players and employees. People of all age groups can benefit from our insightful live sessions and get to the bottom of the cause th

at flusters their mental well-being. The Bridge collaborates with academic institutions, corporate groups, government and non governmental organizations. In our endeavor to create a world with mental wellness we conduct sessions like therapies, training, teaching, counseling and remedial programs.

Vatsalya legacy is the only inclusive center in association with schools for counseling training teaching and therapies under one roof. At, vatsalya we do a lot of community projects for the parents and the students to enhance their mental health, build support groups and build their social as well as life skills . Under the same project today we took our students and parents for a movie Mufasa in a conventional movie hall inside a mall. There were some children for whom this exposure was for the first time thus the entire event was so overwhelming yet motivatimg for us as a team. Heartiest thanks to Mr. Sonu at Inox GT central for all the support and coordination.

Overall it's gives us courage to go ahead and do more community events to help our diverse children to be understood and accepted by the typical us. May God keep blessing all of us.

Words Matter: Empowering Young Voices in our Community!
Had an amazing workshop today with some inspiring young adults and teenagers at The Palace School ! We delved into the power of language, exploring the concept of "We Are What We Speak.
The focus? Building positive communication skills!

Here's what we discussed:

Choosing the Right Words: We explored how the language we use shapes our interactions and impacts those around us.
Ditching Abusive Language: We learned why negativity has no place in our communication toolbox, especially in a learning environment like school. ‍
Building Up, Not Breaking Down: Discussed the impact of communication on mindset, relationships, and creating a positive school environment.
The Power of Words: We even touched on the legal implications of abusive language, understanding boundaries for healthy communication.
The best part? The incredible engagement from the participants! They had fantastic questions and a genuine desire to be positive communicators.

This workshop was a true reminder that young people have a lot to offer, and empowering them with the right tools can make a real difference.
