Bringing you an outdoor guided meditation, journaling and a chance to walk in nature, finishing with an outdoor sound meditation.

Listen to the birds as they help guide you into a restorative guided meditation, followed by an opportunity to journal and a light healthy breakfast, ending with a 60 minute guided meditation amongst the trees.

We've exciting news coming your way😍.

We have a beautiful space on the outskirts of Jaipur just calling out to be used for our sound and guided meditation experiences.

We're curating some lovely experiences for both morning and evening, so that you can really immerse yourself in nature, drift away to the sound of singing bowls and birds singing in the trees or bathe under the full moon light.

Our first experience is a morning meditation retreat on 22nd November. Starting at 8am, a 2 and a half hour meditation morning of guided meditation, journaling and sound meditation. A perfect way to start the day.☀️🐦🎵.

We've loved adding dry needling to our range of therapies and what we've loved most is when clients repeatedly ask for this to be added into their session. Often when people have tried the dry needling they repeatedly come back for it.

Along with deep tissue massage to firstly loosen up the right muscles followed by dry needling to get into those stubborn or more resistant areas.

Seeing the results we get for clients is always a bonus😍.

We've been busy selling our aromatherapy candles for Diwali. We have a beautiful range of essential oil candles, offered at a special price for our Jaipur Remedial Therapy clients . They'll be available for this weekend too, either for clients visiting the studio or for those wanting to drop in.

How it all began.....

Jaipur Remedial Massage was created by Dannie, a massage therapist in the UK for 8 years, after she decided to completely change her life and move to India to work as a volunteer teacher in a slum school here in Jaipur.

Whilst dedicating a large proportion of her time to working in the school and being involved in other social causes, she also set up a remedial deep tissue massage business that we now know as Jaipur Remedial Massage. Recognising the need for high quality, specific therapy that gets in to the muscles and helps breaks down problem areas, the business was created.

Dannie is still actively involved in social causes working with a variety of NGOs, and also in the process of creating an NGO whilst dedicating plenty of time to pummelling muscles, helping people with bad backs and restricted shoulders and providing relaxation and de-stressing to those in need.
