It was a busy seven weeks of providing therapy treatments in the UK. I'm now back in Jaipur and catching up with all my clients needs over these last few days.

Happy New Year everyone 🎊🥳🎉

Sound meditation is a perfect opportunity to reset after the festive period, to set the new intentions and create the kind of start you want for the year ahead.

We've two opportunities to join sound meditation next week.

Monday sees the full moon and we have our wonderful full moon sound bath at .jaipur
An immersive full moon sound bath where we harness this new year and the power of the moon to really highlight and reflect on how the year ended and how we want the new year to look.

Followed by our evening sound meditation which has now moved to a Thursday evening slot. Another opportunity to relax, switch off and clear the mind.

We've got lots happening in November! From sound meditation groups at the studio to Wellness Day out at Clarks Amer .in our monthly restorative full moon sound meditation with and our immersive and soulful guided meditation and sound bath .jaipur

We've got several workshops coming up too! So keep an eye out for all our activities and events and we'll share them all here too!

This Sunday is the Wellness Day out with Find Your Fit. We'll be running 2 workshops, 1 for sound meditation and the second is an opportunity to make a deeply nourishing body oil, rich in deep penetrating oils to warm the skin and deal with the aches and pains.

Happy Sunday! Sundays are our busiest day at the studio and today is no exception! Next week is our last Sunday for 5 weeks as I head back to the UK to treat my UK therapy clients.

How it all began.....

Jaipur Remedial Massage was created by Dannie, a massage therapist in the UK for 8 years, after she decided to completely change her life and move to India to work as a volunteer teacher in a slum school here in Jaipur.

Whilst dedicating a large proportion of her time to working in the school and being involved in other social causes, she also set up a remedial deep tissue massage business that we now know as Jaipur Remedial Massage. Recognising the need for high quality, specific therapy that gets in to the muscles and helps breaks down problem areas, the business was created.

Dannie is still actively involved in social causes working with a variety of NGOs, and also in the process of creating an NGO whilst dedicating plenty of time to pummelling muscles, helping people with bad backs and restricted shoulders and providing relaxation and de-stressing to those in need.
