A rare case of Foriegn body impaction. Managed successfully by surgery. 2 metallic tools and multiple toothbrushes were removed from a patients stomach. Patient was operated by GI Surgeon Dr Tanmay Pareek, Anesthetist Dr. Alok Verma. Patient presented with acute severe pain abdomen due to one of the metal objects that had almost perforated the stomach. This was diagnosed on Upper GI Endoscopy by Gastroenterologist Dr. Mukesh Kalla. Patient was successfully operated, all Foriegn bodies were removed.
