At this point of time we often unknowingly want to hear a short sentence i.e "Don't worry Sweetheart ..I'm there for you".
Sometimes in our lives when we felt nothing good, things not going as we want, relationships lose the essence they always carried, career takes a hairpin turn hitting hard without any compassion. Sometimes we feel pain remaining unaware of its root when sleep doesn't remain sleep anymore when we feel lying on the bed most of the days is the only thing we are good at. Often we confront days when we want to cry, unaware of the cause. Someday we skip meals and someday we binge eat. We face days when we embrace sadness as an armor to protect ourselves from the arrows of the smile. Days become weeks, months and years.
Sometimes, little things make big consequences, a tight hug from a loved one can outflow our deep-seated pain into tears. But, think for a minute, is it enough for taking us out of the entangled web of sorrows? I guess not! It's not enough. To wear the ornament of smile first, we need to accept that everything we are going through has been labeled correctly by our doctors as "DEPRESSION". Next most important thing is to understand that this is a mental health problem and it can be treated completely. Third, the most difficult part is consulting a mental health care specialist.
Depression is a serious medical condition that better be explained as “Depression is a mood disorder. We ignore a medical condition, which in medical dictionary called a Major Depression or Depressive Disorder or Clinical Depression.
