This is a story of hope-of how the power of integrative and lifestyle medicine helped her lose excess weight and conceive naturally after 13 years.

When she came to us, she was struggling: two miscarriages, newly diagnosed PCOD, insulin resistance, severe PMS, thyroid issues, high ESR, fatty liver, acidity, constipation, and deep emotional burnout.

Our integrative team studied every layer-her medical history, medication, emotional wounds, relationships, belief systems, and environment. We designed a protocol rooted in her bio-individuality, holding space for her dream of conception, even at what many call a “high-risk” age.

We built an ecosystem focused on:
• Cellular nutrition to activate angiogenesis, DNA repair, stem cell regeneration, immunity & reduce inflammation
• Fertility support protocol
• Emotional coaching to rebuild self-worth & release long-held grief

Shimpli Patil, Head Nutritionist & Lifestyle Expert from Team Luke, recently conducted a session at the Annual Testicular Cancer Survivors Meet in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, in association with Tata Memorial Hospital and the Gunvanti Foundation.

Held on 14th March at ACTREC, the session was led by Shimpli Patil and conducted in Hindi for underprivileged survivors navigating life after treatment.

The focus was simple: what you do after treatment truly matters.

The session covered two key pillars of recovery:

Nutrition for Recovery
How food supports healing, the role of protein and essential nutrients, managing weight and digestive issues, and whether supplements like Vitamin D, Zinc, or Omega-3 are needed.

Exercise & Physical Recovery
When to safely return to movement, the right mix of strength and flexibility, and precautions post-surgery or chemotherapy.

The engagement and openness of survivors stood out.

Recovery doesn’t end with treatment.
It begins with the choices you make every single day.
