राष्ट्रीय आयुर्वेद संस्थान, जयपुर के पंचकर्म विभाग द्वारा धन्वंतरि उपवन के हर्बल गार्डन में औषधीय पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर संस्थान के चिकित्सकों, शिक्षकों एवं छात्रों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया।

पंचकर्म विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. गोपेश मंगल ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान कहा, “प्रकृति और मानव जीवन के बीच संतुलन बनाए रखना आज के समय की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है। प्रकृति को बचाने के लिए हमें पर्यावरण संरक्षण को प्राथमिकता देनी चाहिए।”

उन्होंने सभी छात्रों से अपील की कि वे अपने जीवन में कम से कम 5 पौधे अवश्य लगाएं, जिससे न केवल पर्यावरण का संरक्षण होगा, बल्कि समाज में औषधीय महत्व के पौधों के प्रति जागरूकता भी बढ़ेगी।

इस कार्यक्रम के तहत छात्रों द्वारा निर्गुंडी, सप्तपर्ण, अश्वगंधा, गंभारी, गिलोय सहित विभिन्न प्रजातियों के औषधीय पौधे रोपे गए। इन पौधों का उपयोग पंचकर्म चिकित्सा के अलावा अन्य आयुर्वेदिक उपचार पद्धतियों में भी किया जाएगा।

धन्वंतरि उपवन की प्रभारी डॉ. सुमित नथवानी ने बताया कि ये पौधे न केवल स्वास्थ्य लाभ पहुंचाते हैं, बल्कि वातावरण को भी स्वच्छ और संतुलित बनाते हैं।

कार्यक्रम में डॉ. सवरेश सिंह, डॉ. शिप्रा राजोरिया, डॉ. विपिन तंवर, डॉ. वैभव बापट , डॉ. अनुश्री दी, डॉ. पूजा रानी, डॉ. लोकेश महेंद्र एवं पंचकर्म विभाग के पीजी, पीएचडी विद्यार्थी शामिल रहे।

अंत में छात्रों को औषधीय पौधों की पहचान, उपयोगिता और देखभाल के बारे में जानकारी दी गई और पर्यावरण सुरक्षा की शपथ दिलाई गई
